Jason Galovic is a seasoned financial professional with a proven track record of delivering comprehensive accounting and finance solutions to senior management. He specializes in cost reduction, inventory management, and optimizing day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring timely audits and seamless collaboration with external CPA firms. His expertise extends to process improvements and ERP implementations across corporate environments and small to mid-sized businesses.
With a strong background in financial reporting, cash forecasting, budgeting, month-end close procedures, and the preparation of P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations, Jason plays a pivotal role in driving financial success. His industry experience spans consumer products, luxury apparel, beauty and cosmetics, bars and restaurants, manufacturing, and construction.
In addition to his financial expertise, Jason has firsthand entrepreneurial experience as the owner of an Italian restaurant & catering company specializing in Southern cuisine. This venture deepened his understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and the challenges business owners face, further strengthening his ability to provide strategic financial guidance.
Additionally, Jason possesses extensive expertise in licensing and contract negotiations, having worked with renowned companies such as Ralph Lauren, where he served as Licensing Manager, and Coty, where he was Director of Finance for Licensing. His strategic financial acumen and industry versatility make him an invaluable asset in any business environment.

Ashley-Lisa Koziol is an accomplished Senior Accountant with over a decade of experience in accounting and financial reporting. She excels in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, with expertise in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll management. A results-driven professional, Ashley-Lisa has a proven track record of driving cost savings, streamlining operations, and enhancing profitability.
Her diverse industry experience spans nonprofits such as Make-A-Wish, logistics, government contracting, property preservation, tax preparation, health & wellness, and talent management. Renowned for her ability to navigate complex financial challenges, she is dedicated to improving efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational effectiveness.
Beyond her accounting career, Ashley-Lisa is a passionate entrepreneur who understands the struggles and triumphs of running a small business firsthand. As the founder of Allure-Training, a fitness company dedicated to helping corporate professionals optimize their health and performance, she has built a brand that merges wellness with professional success. Managing all aspects of the business—from client acquisition to financial operations—has given her unique insight into the complexities of entrepreneurship, including cash flow management, scaling operations, and adapting to market demands.
In addition to her work in fitness, Ashley-Lisa owns a successful talent agency, further showcasing her ability to lead and grow businesses in competitive industries. Company's Foundation
EDG-Consultants was founded by Jason Galovic and Ashley-Lisa Koziol, two professionals who first crossed paths in 2022. At the time, Ashley-Lisa joined Jason's team as the Senior Accountant while Jason served as the CFO at their previous company. After both decided to move on from that organization, they saw an opportunity to combine their expertise and start something of their own. This collaboration led to the creation of EDG-Consultants. The name ‘EDG’ is a tribute to Jason's children, Elena and Dante Galovic, whose names inspired the company's foundation.
