Jason Galovic is a seasoned financial professional with a proven track record in providing comprehensive accounting and finance solutions to senior management. He excels in cost reduction, inventory management, and day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely audits and seamless collaboration with external CPA firms. Jason’s expertise extends to process improvements and ERP implementations within both corporate environments and small to medium-sized businesses.
With a strong background in financial reporting, cash forecasting, budgeting, month-end close procedures, and the preparation of P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations, Jason plays a critical role in driving financial success. His industry experience spans Consumer Products, Luxury Apparel, Beauty and Cosmetics, and Food Distribution, Manufacturing, and Construction. Jason also possesses extensive knowledge of licensing and contract negotiations, having worked with renowned companies such as Ralph Lauren, where he served as Licensing Manager, and Coty, where he was the Director of Finance for Licensing.
Ashley-Lisa Koziol
Ashley-Lisa Koziol is an accomplished Senior Accountant with over a decade of experience in accounting and financial reporting. She brings exceptional skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, as well as expertise in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll management. Ashley has a demonstrated ability to drive cost savings and implement process improvements, contributing to increased profitability and operational efficiency.
Her broad financial expertise spans diverse industries, including nonprofits such as Make-A-Wish, logistics, government contracting, property preservation, tax preparation, health & wellness, and talent agencies. Known for her ability to tackle complex financial challenges, Ashley focuses on streamlining operations, enhancing accuracy, and improving overall efficiency.
In addition to her accounting career, Ashley is passionate about health, fitness, and the entertainment industry. A PRO athlete since 2021, she owns two successful businesses in the fitness and talent agency sectors. Hardworking, passionate, and committed, she brings the same level of dedication to every project she undertakes.
